You can read my original ESL Cartoon Dubbing post here.
All you need to do is go around Google and find comic strips. Here’s a good example of one of my earlier ones with Peanuts:
- After that you need to erase all of the text, copy the image into a Word document, and then print and cut them out.
- It’s always a good idea to model a completed cartoon dubbing comic strip to your ESL students. The funnier you make it, the more fun the class will have and the better the activity will be.
- Let each student, pair, or group stand up to present their comic strip to the class. Rolling dice is a great way to choose your ESL students at random!
I know you’ll have fun with this cool ESL activity, and that’s why I’ve put some more cartoons up on my Free ESL Worksheets page. I hope you and your students have a blast with these great ESL cartoon dubbing worksheets!
